4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; however, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing and carrier handling are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• USPS carrier delays
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Peak holiday volume
• Other transit-related issues

If USPS tracking shows a package as Delivered, the shipment will be considered successfully delivered. Customers must contact USPS directly regarding missing mail claims or delivery disputes.

6. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing issue or product defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage

If approved, one replacement shipment may be provided per order.

Shipping damage caused during transit must be handled directly with USPS through the appropriate claims process.

7. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

We do not offer:

• Refunds
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Order cancellations

Exceptions may only apply in cases of approved manufacturing defects as outlined in our Refund Policy.
