Processing Time
We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible because we know happy mail is exciting!
Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing before shipment.
Please note: During high-volume sales, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully prepare your order.
Shipping Availability
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only due to high international shipping costs.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been submitted, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via USPS (when applicable).
Please note that we rely on the shipping carrier’s tracking updates as the official delivery status.
Once your package is in USPS’s hands, delivery timing is outside of our control, and delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other transit-related issues may occur.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly to file a missing mail search or claim, as we are unable to replace or refund packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but once your package is in the hands of USPS, shipping conditions are outside of our control.
If your package arrives with shipping-related damage, you will need to file a claim directly with USPS.
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or product issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
If approved, one replacement shipment per order will be provided. Please include all issues in your initial message, as only one replacement will be sent per order.
