At Simply Create Collectibles, each order is processed with care, and because many of our items are made to order or prepared specifically for you, all sales are final.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- No returns/exchanges or refunds are available
- No order cancellations
Please double-check your order details, shipping address, item selections, sizes, and customization (if applicable) before completing checkout to ensure everything is correct.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) so we can review the situation.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos, if applicable
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for review.
Damaged or Defective Items (Manufacturing Issues)
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or production issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage/defect
If approved, one replacement order will be sent per original order.
Please carefully inspect all items before contacting us, as all issues must be reported at the same time. Additional replacements will not be issued for separate claims submitted later.
Shipping Damage / Carrier Issues
Once an order has been handed over to USPS, shipping-related damage is outside of our control.
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping/transit handling:
- We are not responsible for damage caused by the mail carrier
- Customers must file a damage claim directly with USPS
Please retain:
- Original packaging
- Damaged items
- Photos of the package and contents
These may be required for your USPS claim.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays, transit issues, or lost packages caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery issues, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
